Teacher Evaluation Deadline

The North Dakota Century Code, Section 15.1-15-01 requires every school district to have an established evaluation system by which teachers annually receive written evaluations.

A teacher with three (3) or more years of employment is required to have only one written evaluation by March 15 of each year.
