ESP Membership Campaign

Having a growing and mobilized membership is the only way the NDEA and the NEA will be able to make the dreams of their members a reality.  The same is true for local associations.  We are asking members to join a movement to ensure that our members get the respect they deserve so much, but they find so lacking in their professional and economic lives.  Local associations are continually victimized by employers who prey upon the division between nonmembers and members.  The only way to change this is to have a quality conversation with each prospective member.  Research shows that it takes three personal contacts to get someone to join the Association.  The NDEA has offered and will continue to offer training to help you with your membership campaign.  Contact your UniServ Director for training.
